PROLine Quality Construction- PROLine uses a Uni-frame design, meaning we don’t build components (deck frames, side walls, roofs, etc…) and then tack weld them together. PROLine frames are an integrated part, each and every sidewall upright is welded directly to the trailer deck and to the roof creating a single component frame (Uni-frame). PROLine trailer frames are fully welded, we don’t just weld one side of the trailer deck and tell you it's strong. At PROLine we go the extra mile, after we weld that one side of our deck frames we flip it over and weld the other side. Our trailer design allows us to custom build each trailer and a more rigid trailer design is why PROLine trailers tow better and look better longer.
- At PROLine we use quality components, like Dexter torsion axles, radial tires, LED trailer lights, aluminum ramp door hinges with grease fittings, stainless steel carriage bolts fasten our hinges and door barlocks to the trailer frame, hardened bolts are used to fasten our axles and trailer couplers to the frame. Our security chains are 2x stronger than Federal requirements. We fasten our electric brake wire to the frame with vinyl coated metal clamps screwed to the trailer frame, not the stick-on variety others might use.
- PROLine motorcycle trailer recessed wheel chocks are fully boxed in, creating a more durable, stronger wheel chock. Our recessed d-rings are bolted to a proprietary aluminum backing plate that’s welded to the frame. This means you can be confident that when you ratchet your bike down you won’t pull the plywood floor up.
- PROLine fit and finish is second to none. Every trailer is checked and double checked to leave our shop looking its best. Clean looking trailer, lines are straight, doors are tight, every trim screws is properly located. Some might wonder if it's worth giving a trailer this extra care, but every time a potential buyer enters our showroom, the look on their face assures us we're doing it right.
Many times we hear, "How come your trailers cost so much less than the other aluminum trailers I’ve seen, what am I missing?" The answer is simple economics.
- We sell factory direct. With PROLine you’re buying direct from the manufacturer, not from a dealer who buys trailers from a distributor who buys trailers from a manufacturer, all expecting to make a profit, get the picture.
- PROLine trailers are made in New Hampshire. The cost of shipping raw materials is a fraction of the cost of shipping completed enclosed trailers. All PROLine trailers are built in and sold from Milton, New Hampshire.
- Most PROLine trailers are custom built. By custom building trailers for our customers, we’re able to avoid the high cost of maintaining a huge inventory and you get a trailer with the features and color you want.
