Buying from us
Deposits - We require a 10% deposit based on the total price of your trailer, with the balance due at or before the time that you pick up your trailer.
Methods of Payment - We accept credit cards, business/personal checks, certified checks, money orders or wire transfers for deposits. Deposits must be received before your order is processed.
Please Note - Though we accept credit cards for deposits, we DO NOT accept credit/debit cards for the payment of your final balance unless you accept a 3% additional cost to the price of your trailer. This is due to the fact that our credit/debit card company charges us a percentage of the transaction made using a credit/debit card. Final payment for US sales can be financed, paid by certified bank check, cash, wire transfer or credit card*. Final payment for sales to Canada can be paid by cash, wire transfer, credit card* or prepaid by check. *Credit cards carry a 3% additional fee.

Picking Up- We will advise you of the estimated completion date of your trailer prior to ordering. Typically you can expect 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your deposit for pick up. Trailers are manufactured in the order in which customer payments are received. Manufacture times generally run about 2 weeks, but could be a little more depending on our work load / back log at the time that your order is placed.
Delivery - We can have your trailer delivered to you. Our delivery fee is based on "miles one way " and is calculated at $1.65 per mile with a minimum of $300. We know the delivery rate is high, but that is the rate that the delivery company charges us. You only pay for the miles traveled "one way" during delivery. Should you elect to have your trailer delivered, your balance and the delivery charges have to be paid prior to your trailer leaving our facility. We can only deliver to US locations.
VIN Info- We'll provide you a vehicle identification number (VIN) prior to you picking up your trailer so you can obtain financing, insurance or registration. The manufacturer's certificate of origin (CO) for your trailer will remain with PROLine while we await your final payment check to clear, usually about 5 business days, we will then mail the certificate to you. This doesn't apply if you financed, prepaid, paid cash or wired transferred final payment for your trailer.
Other Fees - We will provide a 20-day temporary plate at a cost of $5. New Hampshire mandates that we initiate the state title for NH residents who purchase trailers that have a 3000# GVWR or more. The cost to NH residents is $25, that's the amount the state charges us.
Refund Policy - Once your order is placed and processed, your deposit is non-refundable.
